Little Music Stars has been awarded the Silver Accreditation Award by the Children’s Activities Association. The Children’s Activities Association is an industry-led, not-for-profit community interest company founded and governed by experts to help parents, schools, nurseries and all children’s activities providers by raising the standard of children’s activities .
Training Module – passed: The training module ensures that all members of the CAA who train people to deliver their activity have an appropriate training programme and that the training is delivered by an appropriate trainer. This helps ensure consistency between franchisees or activity leaders and protects the reputation of your organisation.
Programme Module – passed: The programme module ensures that all members of the CAA are running activity programmes that are developmentally beneficial and age appropriate for the children attending them.
Customer Service Module – passed: The customer service module ensures that all members of the CAA are running activities in a manner designed to best meet the needs of the children and parents attending them, and that activity users are communicated with effectively and respectfully and actively encouraged to provide feedback on the activity.
