Little Music Stars had the real delight in going to the Kent Refugee Centre last week to teach all the children in Canterbury. The families were all really receptive to our music and we sung with our teddies, played with instruments, jumped and skipped our way though lots of fantastic songs. We all had tons of fun!!
It’s so true that every human culture has music, just as each has language. Music is a universal feature of the human experience and I really felt this with the refugee families.
We are looking forward to going back again soon to visit them all at KRAN. https://kran.org.uk
Thank you for having me!
